  • Return Policy

    Return Policy

    We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and the following return policy applies to all our items except commissioned pieces. If you're not happy for any reason, we gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

    Returns for Any Reason within 7 Days

    You may return any item for any reason within 7 business days of receiving your order.

    Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

    We will provide you with a return shipping label if you are dissatisfied with the product.

    Items Damaged in Shipping

    Please inspect your item immediately upon arrival and provide us photos of the damage at our email: sales@skeetersrow.com

    Defective Products

    If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately. You will need to initiate the return request within 30 days. Please inspect your item upon receipt.

    We will provide a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs.

    We may ask you to provide photographs of the defective item.

    How to Initiate a Return

    Email us at sales@skeetersrow.com with your order number and reason for the return.

    We provide return instructions and return shipping label via email.

    Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 3 business days.

  • Shipping Policy

    We typically ship your item the day after it is ordered (Monday through Saturday) excluding any days that the post office is unavailable to pick up your package (holidays, inclement weather, etc). If we are unable to meet our next day policy we will notify you of the delay and you may request a refund.
